I am a CT and a Forum Hostess!!

Well, two days ago I wasn't even sure what a CT was....lol... But I am so excited to be a part of the new Scraps n Pieces forum!  And I am CTing for a new designer!!! 
That means I make pages with a designers kit!

Apple Picking.... and another freebie!

Today Austin and I went Apple picking with his friend Ella.  They are 7 years old now, and have been great friends since they were 3 and in preschool together.  (Thay have not been in school together for 2 years now. )  They miss each other so we mommies plan some playdates and get togethers.  Here is the page I made today about today....

I love how it came out!  I used my A is for Apples free kit.

Free Template & Other Exciting News....

Last year I made some templates to make scrapping fast for me.  I have decided to release one today and maybe more will be coming!

And in other news, last month I joined a forum called Stuff to Scrap.  I love it there!  Great Challenges and Speed Scraps!  Then I found another forum called Scraps n Pieces.... they are just starting out and I LOVE it there too!!!  I have learned so much from the talented scrappers and designers on both forums!  I love posting my Layouts in the gallery and seeing the awesome LO's made by others!  The items in the store are sooooo cute!!  And everyone has been so welcoming and friendly!  It's like home!  :)

Well, this busy crazy week is now done.  I am super tired.

Busy Bee...

I have totally been a busy bee.  School is in full swing and I have a class of 20.  My own kiddies are getting into the groove of things.  And I have been trying to squeeze in some scrapping and designing. 

This is a page of my son last Fall playing flag football.

I did this one on 9/11.  I didn't have any other patriotic pics other than my kiddies on the 4th of July....

And I think I now have a thing for blended photos.... 3 in a row...

Well, since I am a teacher, I have a thing for apples. 

So..... I had to make a kit with apples just for all those first day of school and welcome back pages.

Catching up....

I am still working on my 2010 book.  I am up to November when we went to Florida for Sea World.  I made the template.  I am trying to keep the whole book sort of simple and easy since I am so far behind.  Here is my page.....

My theme throughout the book is "This is what..... Looks Like".

Look What Arrived!!

Woo Hoo !!!!!  My Disney book from Shutterfly arrived today!!  It is from our November 2006 trip to Disney World.  I finished digi-scrapping it last winter sometime and was just waiting for a great coupon so I could order it.  I know, it's from 5 years ago..... but since digi is so much faster than paper scrapping... I thought I might sorta catch up on some old pics.

This is my second Disney book that is totally done digi.  I loved looking through it and remembering all the fun times and looking at how small the kids were!!!  Gosh they grow so fast!!
